The organization emphasizes professional expertise, service quality, and a strong commitment to the Apple brand experience.\nRole Description The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple iTech store locations in the Angul region, ensuring consistent performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. This full-time, on-site role involves leading and mentoring store teams, monitoring sales targets, and implementing Apple and iTech standards across the cluster.
The Cluster Manager will plan and execute local sales and promotional initiatives, review store performance metrics, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. The role also includes developing team capabilities through regular coaching, coordinating training on Apple products and services, and resolving escalated customer issues. The Cluster Manager collaborates closely with senior management to report on cluster performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in store operations.\nQualifications\nStrong retail operations and multi-store management skills, including experience in supervising teams, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.\nProven sales and business development capabilities, with experience in achieving revenue targets, driving store performance, and analyzing sales data and KPIs.\nCustomer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations, maintain high service standards, and enhance overall customer experience.\nLeadership and people management skills, including team coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative work environment.\nGood understanding of consumer electronics or technology retail; familiarity with Apple products, ecosystem, and services is highly preferred.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\nAbility to work on-site in Angul, travel between stores within the cluster, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field; relevant retail management experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.\nComfort with basic MS Office tools and digital reporting systems; experience with POS and inventory management software is an advantage.
