AGM / Sr. Manager - Classroom Technology & AV Operations
Job Description
FLAME University is seeking an experienced and dynamic AGM / Sr. Manager – Classroom Technology & AV Operations to lead the strategic planning, management, and continuous enhancement of classroom technology, audiovisual infrastructure, communication systems, and event technology services across our campus.
This leadership role is ideal for a technology professional who is passionate about creating seamless, technology-enabled learning environments while managing large-scale AV operations and institutional events.
Key Responsibilities
'14; Lead and oversee all classroom technology and AV operations across lecture halls, classrooms, auditoriums, and meeting spaces.
'14; Ensure uninterrupted technology support for in-person, hybrid, and online learning experiences.
'14; Manage AV infrastructure, including projectors, LED displays, conferencing systems, streaming solutions, and digital signage.
'14; Drive technology upgrades, infrastructure modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
'14; Lead AV planning and execution for university events, conferences, convocations, guest lectures, and special programs.
'14; Manage photography, videography, and multimedia services across campus.
'14; Oversee EPABX, intercom systems, and corporate mobile administration.
'14; Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary technical operations team.
'14; Manage vendors, AMCs, service contracts, and technology procurement processes.
'14; Ensure compliance, asset management, budgeting, reporting, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
'05; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, AV Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
'05; Master's Degree/MBA preferred.
'05; 10–15+ years of experience in AV Operations, Educational Technology, Classroom Technology, or Technical Operations.
'05; Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience managing technical professionals.
'05; Strong expertise in AV systems, hybrid learning technologies, video conferencing platforms, communication systems, vendor management, and large-scale event support.
'05; Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
