Associate- Art Design & AI Content Generation

Key Responsibilities\n\nAssist in the creation of visual content for digital, social media, web, and marketing platforms\nCollaborate with the design team to develop innovative and engaging creative concepts\nUtilize AI-powered tools to generate content and improve design workflows\nParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas\nEnsure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives\nCreate and support VFX and animation content for promotional and creative projects\nStay updated on current design trends, emerging technologies, AI advancements, VFX techniques, and animation trends\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual content creation, VFX, and animation\nProficiency in design and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Figma, Canva, etc.\nExperience using AI design/content generation tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway ML, or similar platforms\nStrong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, motion design, and visual storytelling\nKnowledge of video editing, compositing, motion graphics, and animation workflows\nCreative thinking with excellent attention to detail\nGood communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in social media content creation and digital marketing design\nFamiliarity with 2D/3D animation pipelines and VFX production processes\nBasic understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus\nPortfolio showcasing creative design, animation, and VFX work preferred
