Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 3-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring ITSM modules, scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization while following ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications.
  • Implement and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
  • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Build and maintain Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Create and customize forms, tables, notifications, reports, dashboards, and SLAs.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Work on CMDB data management and support Discovery-related activities.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize system performance, and provide production support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and implement requirements.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

  • 3-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.
  • Hands-on experience in Service Catalog, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Experience with CMDB concepts and ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in ITOM, Discovery, HRSD, CSM, or SPM is an added advantage.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
