Roles:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and office positions.
  • Source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding activities.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Handle joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.

4. Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

5. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and factory regulations.
  • Coordinate PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

6. Performance & Training

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.

7. HR Reporting

  • Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, attendance reports, and other management reports.
  • Support management with HR analytics and workforce planning.

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW preferred.
