\nJob Summary:
\nWe are looking for a dynamic SAP Sales / Business Development Manager with 12+ years of experience in driving revenue growth, new logo acquisition, and SAP solution s ales. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP services/solutions s ales, along with hands-on experience in pre-sales, RFP management, and client solutio ning across enterprise customers.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Drive end-to-end SAP sales lif ecycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal submission, and deal closure. \n
- Focus on new logo acqui sition and expanding business across enterprise clients. \n
- Develop and execute sales stra tegies to achieve revenue and growth targets. \n
- Engage with CXOs and key stakeholders to understand business needs and position SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP CX, SAP BTP, etc.) \n
- Lead pre-sales acti vities, including solutioning, effort estimation, presentations, and demos in collaboration with delivery teams. \n
- Own and manage RFP/RFI res ponses, proposal creation, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. \n
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to drive pipeline generation and conversion. \n
- Track market trends, competitor landscape, and identify new business opportunities in the SAP ecosystem. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 10+ years of experience in SAP sales / business development / account man agement. \n
- Proven track record in closing deals and achieving revenue targets in SAP services/solutions. \n
- Strong understanding of SAP portfolio (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CX, SAP BTP, Analytics , \n
- etc.). \n
- Hands-on experience in pre-sales, solutioning, RFP responses, and client presentations. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. \n
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. \n
- \n
- Preferred Qualifications: \n
- Experience working with global clients and large enterpri se deals. \n
- Established client network and relationships in SAP e cosystem. \n
- Exposure to multiple industry domains (Manufacturing, Retail, Lifescience, Automoti ve etc.). \n
MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
