Role Description
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms while ensuring every piece aligns with the Hiraeth brand identity, products, and audience.
You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, strong instincts for internet culture, and the discipline to post consistently.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form and static content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
- Stay updated with social media trends, audio trends, formats, memes, and platform changes
- Adapt trends creatively to fit the Hiraeth brand voice and products
- Develop fresh content ideas regularly instead of repeating recycled formats
- Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content
- Write captions that feel human, sharp, and brand-aligned
- Work closely with the team to understand launches, campaigns, and product stories
- Monitor engagement and optimize content based on performance
- Build content that increases reach, saves, shares, engagement, and brand recall
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Storytelling
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Platform Analytics
- Knowledge of Graphic Design and basic Video Editing
- Ability to conduct Research and implement Social Media Trends
- Time Management and Multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong communication and collaborative skills for team projects
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- Portfolio of past work, freelancing or any other kind
- Minimum 6 months of experience and ability to show tangible deliverables during interview.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
