Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Pedagogy: Develop and deliver engaging coursework, create syllabi, prepare lesson plans, and conduct assessments (exams/assignments) for psychology classes (e.g., Clinical, Developmental, Cognitive).
• Research & Publication: Conduct empirical research, publish findings in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals, and present at national/international conferences.
• Mentorship & Advising: Advise undergraduate and graduate students on academic and career pathways, and provide mentorship on research projects and theses.
• Service & Administration: Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and curriculum review processes.
• Grant Acquisition: Actively seek internal and external funding opportunities to support research initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Ph.D. in Psychology (Awarded)
