Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Support Manager to lead and manage our customer support team. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer support department, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing coaching and support to ensure they provide high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure that customer support requests are handled in a timely and effective manner, in accordance with service level agreements
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Analyze customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Develop and deliver customer support training programs to ensure that customer support representatives are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of customer support representatives and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce
