Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into sprint-ready user stories, technical tickets, and delivery priorities.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day support contact for offshore Data Cloud teams during sprint execution.
- Review and guide delivery to ensure solutions align with business use cases, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Design scalable Salesforce Data Cloud architectures, data models, mappings, and ingestion strategies for new use cases.
- Act as the enterprise data model subject matter expert across FSC, Snowflake, and related source systems.
- Lead data discovery activities, including SQL-based analysis and preparation of data for ingestion into Data Cloud.
- Coordinate closely with Snowflake and source system teams to resolve data questions, validate deployments, and support integrations.
- Provide expertise on Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, platform behavior, and credit optimization considerations.
- Create architecture artifacts, solution documentation, and cross-functional communication materials.
- Bridge business objectives, enterprise data, and technical execution to drive successful delivery outcomes.
- 6+ years of experience in techno-functional, data platform, or Salesforce ecosystem roles.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams and sprint-based development models.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling and data integration concepts.
- Hands-on SQL experience for data discovery, transformation, and validation.
- Experience working with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery direction.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating offshore/onshore delivery teams.
