About The Job:

  • We are looking to hire someone who will support our Corporate Functions TA team. Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including our Global Finance Org., Traveler and Partner Service Platform, Legal Team, Strategy and Corporate Development Team, and People & Places Org.

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical / Non-Technical Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in APAC.
  • This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent to support our hiring goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruiting processes and tools.

Essential Job Functions:
Talent Research & Market Mapping

  • Develop deep understanding of the company’s products, technology stack, and hiring needs.
  • Conduct market intelligence to identify talent pools, competitor organizations, and sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive pipelines of passive and active candidates for core technical and non-technical roles.

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

  • Source candidates using advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray, Client Recruiter, Job Boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Internal AI tools, etc.).
  • Craft personalized outreach to drive engagement and interest among passive candidates.
  • Conduct advanced candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate fit and potential.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, representing the employer brand effectively.
  • Track and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential candidates for future roles.

Collaboration with Recruiters & Hiring Managers

  • Partner with recruiters and technical / non-technical hiring teams to define ideal candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
  • Calibrate early candidates to fine-tune search parameters.
  • Provide data-backed insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.

Process Management & Metrics

  • Maintain data hygiene and accurate tracking in ATS (e.g. Workday etc.).
  • Measure and report on key sourcing metrics — outreach conversion, pipeline quality, time-to-engage, etc.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in sourcing processes and automation tools.

Qualifications:
Experience and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • Proficiency in Client Recruiter, Naukri, Github, Stack Overflow, Hiretual/HireEZ, or similar.
  • Experience recruiting for Finance / Product & Tech domain or related roles a plus
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring leaders—at the manager, director, and executive levels—to deliver a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Skilled at managing multiple requisitions at varying levels of complexity, from entry-level to director-level roles
  • Process-oriented and always seeking opportunities to enhance and streamline recruiting operations
  • Flexible and able to pivot quickly in response to evolving business needs and priorities
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills; able to manage expectations, timelines, and outcomes with consistency and professionalism
  • Ability to generate insights from sourcing metrics and market data
