About The Job:
- Client is seeking an Operations Delivery Manager to join the Field Readiness & Enablement Team.
- The Individual Contributor role will drive the operational and deployment requirements of enablement programs. Responsibilities include building curriculum in a learning management system, managing user acceptance testing, assigning training to learners, providing support, and answering questions for all modalities.
- Should be able to run cycle of Virtual Sessions including pre session tech check and show flow, audience engagement, attendance recording and post session video editing.
- The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is agile with multiple priorities and responsibilities.
- He or she will ensure timely and quality delivery of all Field Readiness and Enablement program outputs by the effective use of Learning Management Systems and Technology.
- Be the trusted advisor to the Enablement Owner and validate the learning strategy from an operational aspect (project experience, learning elements and reporting requirements).
- Lead project “operations” calls and determine timeline for projects to ensure on time deployment in support of General Availability date.
- Manage engagement with Enablement Owners and/or Regional Business Leads by solving problems proactively and as situations arise.
- Track, drive, and follow up on deliverables of cross-functional team members - e.g. Communications; Instructional Designers and Curriculum Developers; Business Intelligence.
- Communicate to keep internal stakeholders & cross-functional teams informed via meeting notes, email, SharePoint, MS Teams, Slack, Workfront.
- Coordinate complex programs efficiently, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain training content within Adobe Learning Manager, Adobe Learning Accelerator, Enablement Bill of Materials, and our Learning Asset Management System.
- Author pages on Adobe Digital University web portal and conduct end-to-end UAT.
- Keep records. Build and maintain spreadsheets to support enablement efforts
- Assign training to global field employees to support their onboarding and role progression.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for all training programs.
- Write and edit program notifications as needed.
- Analyze completion reports in collaboration with reporting team.
- Help resolve user issues with a customer-first mindset and manage the tech proficiently, optimizing workflows and implementing improvements for increased efficiency.
- Crosstrain colleagues in various technology and processes for coverage and upskilling initiatives
- Own and Manage Virtual sessions
- Schedule dry run/rehearsal
- Make recommendations on show-flow and engaging activities for best learning experience
- Review room setup and presenter permissions
- Attend, Cover housekeeping, monitor chat and Q/A
- Support participants and speakers with technology issues
- Schedule platform tech check/show flow prior to session
- Prepare and manage engaging activities (poll, break out etc)
- Edit recordings as per requirement
- Manage recording and attendance capture
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems.
- Experience in web authoring
- Digital literacy: Microsoft Windows and Office: Email, Calendar, Word, Excel (must have), PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint, MS Teams, Slack, Townhall, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Rush
- Excellent English communication skills - spoken and written. Ability to articulate and communicate his/her viewpoint effectively, concisely and clearly on complex or large- scale business or operational considerations, and key decision points to stakeholders at various levels and collaborate to implement effective solutions along with comprehensive documentation
- Confirmed ability to operate effectively and autonomously in a team environment receiving direction from multiple leads including situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction and demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills and addressing root causes
- Strong interpersonal skills. Expected to model collaboration, professionally influence, build and cultivate working relationships with multiple stakeholders and cross functional team
- Positive attitude and ability to remain agile with multiple and evolving team priorities.
- Strong decision-making ability and good judgment; demonstrate value and develop trusted advisor role!
- Possess a strong analytical background, think critically, synthesize new data quickly, and prioritize efficiently.
- Established collaborator with the initiative to lead, raise a hand for new challenges, and act as a subject matter authority across the organization.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in IT industry in Learning and Development domain
- University degree
- Willingness to work flexible hours – Normally 6:00 pm to 3:00 am IST (ET); However, need to be flexible based on the session and region requirements
- Proficiency working on Learning Management System – ALM preferred.
- Strong project management skills – detail oriented and focused, excellent communication and follow up, organization, problem solving, responsiveness, deadline-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in facilitating, driving, and contributing to team discussions in areas of responsibility.
- Excellent spoken English and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain agile with evolving team priorities.
- Strong decision-making ability and good judgment.
- Computer/Tools skills: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe premiere Pro, Adobe Rush, townhall familiarity.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Product Management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe's businesses, products, specifically Adobe Learning Manager and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and their use across customer segments is desired.
