AIMS-ITSM SDM Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AIMS-ITSM SDM Architect with a strong background in AWS DevOps to lead the architecture and design of our IT Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITSM frameworks and be adept at leveraging cloud technologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ITSM solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the architecture of cloud-based solutions using AWS services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for architecture designs, processes, and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance ITSM capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in AWS DevOps practices and tools.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
• Experience in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, ITSM, or architecture frameworks are a plus.
