Key Responsibilities - Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Classic AUTOSARengineers across BSW, MCAL, and integration domains.
Foster a high-performance culture emphasizingcollaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews, competency assessments, andcareer development planning.
Manage resource planning, task allocation, and teamworkload distribution.
Act as a communication bridge between engineering teams,project management, quality, and customer-facing functions.
Key Responsibilities - Technical
Oversee design, development, integration, and validationof Classic AUTOSAR stack components following FORVIA HELLA's engineeringstandards.
Review AUTOSAR architecture, module configurations, andembedded software implementation.
Guide the team in debugging, issue resolution, androot-cause analysis across BSW/MCAL layers.
Drive improvements in development workflows,configurations, automation, and integration quality.
Collaborate with global FORVIA HELLA teams to ensurealignment on architecture, platforms, and software reuse.
Project & Delivery Responsibilities
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AUTOSAR BSW,MCAL, and integration artifacts.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and technicalbottlenecks early, and drive mitigation actions.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Program Leads forseamless execution.
Provide technical direction and support for customerescalations
