Virtual Staging Team Leader

Volume Pixel - We are looking for a Virtual Staging Editor Team Leader!

This role will focus on supporting and mentoring individuals to develop competency in all relevant tasks, implement best practices, understand workplace expectations, and meet BoxBrownie.com quality standards

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

• Great people skills and natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  
• Comfortable providing feedback, including having those 'uncomfortable' conversations.
• Professional organizational skills, knowledgeable in goal-setting practices including KPIs.

• In-depth knowledge of BoxBrownie.com services, clients, workflow, and company policies.
• Flexible to changing policies and development within the role to adjust to our growing business needs.
• Ability to work quickly with high task turnaround whilst maintaining high-quality work.
• Supervisor/Trainer/Management experience is beneficial.
  

Role Responsibilities:

• Have a thorough and detailed understanding of BoxBrownie.com products and services
• Drive the team's quality to the highest standard of editing thatreflects BB Branding.
• Take ownership of internal team issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Guide and monitor individual performance development through onboarding training, providing effective feedback and one on one coaching as required.
• Oversee, enhance, and contribute to the production workflow, productivity, and growth.
• Effectively communicate updates and implement necessary changes with the team.
• Monitor, drive and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Keep accurate records.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
• Utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Assist to ensure quality standards and SLAs are met.
• Communicate effectively with BoxBrownie.com Management.
