Senior Analyst - Project/Program Management
Overview
The Gallagher Center of Excellence GCoE is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator/Account Manager to provide end-to-end ownership and successful delivery of communication solutions for a defined portfolio of Gallagher clients. In this role, the Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered to the highest standards, on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives, while building strong, value-driven client relationships that support retention and growth. Working within the Programme Management Office PMO and in collaboration with Senior Communications Consultants and cross-functional account teams, this individual will take full accountability for project delivery by translating client requirements into clear project plans, coordinating resources, managing risks, and overseeing implementation from initiation through closure. The role requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality, while maintaining clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

1. Client Delivery & Project Management Skills
- Strong ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness, and consistency across all client work.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining control over scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Sound understanding of project management processes and the ability to apply structured methodologies to drive efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Financial acumen, including experience in project estimating, budget management, and cost control.

About you
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in a creative agency, marketing, retirement, consultancy, or HR communications environment.
- Proven experience in project management and client management.
- Experience in supplier management and stakeholder management.
- Service-oriented mindset with outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to translate client needs into effective solutions.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and the ability to manage expectations.
- Strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills.
