Discover how transformative growth accelerates impact. Meet the Team Operations and Middle Office is one of the largest departments at Millennium. The Middle Office group consists of three inter-connected functions in the post-trade lifecycle: trade support, valuations, and business unit control. Middle Office supports all products traded within firm - ranging from simple listed equities to complex derivative products. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Trade Support Lead to join our Operations & Middle Office team. Day-to-day, you will be focused on ensuring that the 4-5 million trades executed per day end up in our books/records system. You will get exposure to various markets and have the opportunity to work between several teams globally in the firm, as well as directly with portfolio managers and our Prime Brokers. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects and be able to lead them through completion, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. You will also be on a small team with broad product exposure to various bond products, including domestic and other non-dollar and emerging markets. What You'll Do Ensure accurate trade capture upon execution of key products including Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Equities, Commodities, Foreign Exchange, Futures, US Treasuries, Corporate bonds, and Mortgage securities. Reconciliation of trading affirmation/confirmation platforms. Research/resolve settlement breaks for both bilateral and cleared derivatives. Monitor trade queues and ensure compliance of regulatory rules. Familiarity with new product onboarding and system implementation. What You Bring 10+ years of experience within financial services, ideally within trade support. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record; ideally a degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related. Shown success interacting cross-functionally, specifically with investment professionals and senior management. Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead time efficiently. Proficiency with Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
