Role: Solution Architect
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad.

Professional Experience

6–8 years of overall IT experience with exposure to software development, solution design, and implementation.
Experience working in Telecom transformation programs and enterprise solution architecture initiatives.
Prior experience in Solution Architecture, Functional Architecture, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.

Telecom Domain Expertise

Strong understanding of Telecom BSS and OSS ecosystems.
Experience with Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes in B2C telecom environments.
Good understanding of Voice, Broadband, and Digital Service offerings.
Knowledge of telecom business processes, customer lifecycle management, order management, billing, and service fulfillment.

Technical Skills

Experience designing enterprise application architectures and integration solutions.
Understanding of API design, integration frameworks, and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, modern security practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
Familiarity with data architecture and system integration patterns.
Exposure to telecom architecture frameworks and industry standards.
