Job Description - Automation Test Engineer (Selenium | 4-6 Years)
Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred)
Experience in automation framework development (TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber)
Good understanding of OOP concepts and programming fundamentals
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle)
Familiarity with API automation
Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging automation scripts
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium
Proven experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks
