Senior Delivery Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in India.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of large-scale technology programs within the Banking, Financial Services, and Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex enterprise initiatives. The role requires a blend of delivery leadership, program governance, stakeholder management, and domain expertise in Cards, Payments, Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams comprising software engineers, QA engineers, business analysts, architects, and Scrum teams
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leadership to define roadmaps, priorities, and delivery milestones
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Establish delivery governance, reporting mechanisms, and project health metrics
• Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and utilization across programs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and delivery excellence
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management activities

Requirements:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management roles
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
• Experience managing large distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong experience in risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure and/or AWS
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and modern software delivery practices
