Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability studies, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
Develop user flows, customer journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design visually engaging and consistent user interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
Create and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights and user feedback.
Ensure designs align with accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and industry best practices.
Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX Design, UI Design, Visual Design, or Product Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design process and visual design expertise.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as:
Figma
Adobe XD
Sketch
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of:
User-Centered Design (UCD)
Design Thinking Methodology
Interaction Design
Information Architecture
Responsive & Adaptive Design
Accessibility Standards (WCAG)
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems.
Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce applications.
Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
Exposure to design operations (DesignOps) and design system governance.
