Job Description:
• Domin Experience: Candidate must have Strong Domain Experience in Accounts relevant experience 3-4 Year
• SAP FICO Configuration: Implement and customize the SAP S/4 HANA FICO module (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• System Integration: Work on integrating FICO with other SAP modules, such as MM (Material Management), SD (Sales and Distribution)
• Third Party Integration : must have knowledge about 3rd party integration by using eg. BAPI or other tools
• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse financial reporting and control requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. can able to right Function Specification and coordinate with technical Team
• Testing and Documentation: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT). Document configuration and process changes.
• End-user Training: Provide training and support for end users to ensure they can effectively use the FICO modules within SAP.
• Issue Resolution and Support: Troubleshoot issues related to SAP FICO modules, resolve problems, and provide ongoing support after the system is live.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, ABAP (SAP programming language), SAP S/4HANA, and other supporting systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex financial processes and recommend technical and operational solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and explaining technical concepts in non-technical terms.
• Validation & Substitution : must have good knowledge
• 3 Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP Certifications: Certifications in SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or other related SAP certifications are often highly valued.
