Key Responsibilities
User account lifecycle management (creation, modification, de-provisioning)
Manage group memberships and access permissions
Execute client-directed IAM tasks in line with security policies
Ensure accuracy and SLA adherence for access requests
Collaborate with client teams to resolve access-related issues
Skills & Experience
Experience in IAM operations / user provisioning
Understanding of user lifecycle and access control concepts
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume tasks
