Develop and deploy high-quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage. Analyze business objectives and identify functional and non-functional requirements. Design and implement technical solutions for various requirements. Provide accurate estimates for development efforts and mentor team members. Contribute to strategic engineering goals and promote best practices.
Essential Skills: Familiarity with Agile development practices is advantageous for team collaboration. Exposure to AWS cloud services can enhance deployment capabilities. Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks like ReactJS or Angular is beneficial. Understanding of security best practices in web development is a plus. Experience in the BFSI sector can provide valuable insights into the domain.Proficiency in .Net and NextJS is essential for developing web applications. Strong understanding of GraphQL for API development is required. Experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines is crucial for maintaining code quality and deployment. Ability to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions is necessary. Mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews are also key responsibilities.
