Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project delivery across Master Data Management Data Quality and Persistent Identifier initiatives from planning to execution and closure
Create and maintain project plans timelines budgets and progress tracking
Identify manage and mitigate project risks and issues using RAID logs
Monitor project progress and resolve blockers to ensure successful delivery
Lead project meetings steering committees and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Coordinate with dependent teams technologies and vendors to ensure smooth execution
Manage and motivate cross functional teams including analysts engineers and technical resources
Work closely with senior stakeholders to gain support and alignment for project goals
Handle vendor relationships statements of work and third party service providers
Manage project budgets forecasts schedules risks and reporting activities
Support service transition and handover into operational support environments
Ensure business requirements are captured effectively and aligned with project objectives
Manage project scope changes approvals and communication across teams
Ensure compliance with organizational standards quality processes and best practices
Support governance activities decision reviews and benefits realization
Contribute to the development of project management best practices and capabilities
Essential Skills:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Industry
Bachelor degree in Business Technology or related field or equivalent experience
Strong project and programme management skills
Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities
Knowledge of financial management and benefits tracking
Experience leading cross functional and diverse project teams
Understanding of IT systems and business technology solutions
Experience working with vendors suppliers and external partners
Desirable Qualifications:
Project or Programme Management certification
Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams
Experience using Jira
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes and business operations
Certification in SAFe or similar Agile frameworks
