Role Summary - Sr. ServiceNow Developer / Architect:

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer & Architect to lead the design, development, integration, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture goals.
Lead complex ServiceNow development, customization, and integration initiatives.
Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, Glide API, and Scoped Applications.
Define platform governance, security standards, upgrade strategies, and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in:ServiceNow SPM (Demand, PPM, Agile, Resource Management) ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, CMDB) IRM (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk) Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
Experience with:Flow Designer & IntegrationHub Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies Scoped Application Development Automated Test Framework (ATF) REST/SOAP API integrations Strong knowledge of CMDB design, data modeling, and platform performance optimization.
Experience defining ServiceNow architecture, governance, and integration strategies.
Ability to engage with business stakeholders and drive solution design workshops.
