We're excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving Renaissance's marketing initiatives across the UAE and wider international markets, working hand-in-hand with our sales teams to generate quality leads and build lasting customer relationships through compelling, timely communications

What you'll be doing:

Campaign Management & Content Creation

• Develop, build, manage and analyse impactful email marketing campaigns that drive results
• Collaborate with our in-house designer to create engaging promotional and support content for prospects and customers
• Manage and maintain our website to ensure an excellent user experience

Lead Generation & Analytics

• Monitor and report on lead generation activities to optimize performance
• Track, analyse and report on key marketing metrics that inform strategy
• Contribute to monthly reporting and insights sharing

Customer Engagement

• Develop automated email programmes to streamline customer onboarding and support subscription renewals
• Maintain and optimize our email communications schedule for maximum engagement
• Support customer retention through strategic, personalized communications

Your Experience

• Background in marketing within a global, SaaS, or Edtech-focused organization
• Hands-on experience with CRMs and Marketing platforms (Salesforce and Marketo experience highly valued!)
• Familiarity with the education sector is beneficial but not essential

Your Skills

• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to achieving targets
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
