Position Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. This role plays a key part in supporting cash flow, financial accuracy, and positive customer relationships.

• Managebillinginaccordancewithcustomercontracts,orderforms,andsubscriptionterms.
• Resolvebillingdiscrepanciesandcustomerpaymentissues.
• Reconciletheaccountsreceivableledgerandassistwithmonth-endclose.
• Prepareagingreportsandprovidestatusupdatestomanagement.
• Workwithmulti-currencytransactionsandinternationalcustomers.
• IdentifyopportunitiestoimproveARprocesses,controls,andefficiency.
• Maintainaccuratefinancialrecordsinaccordancewithcompanypolicies.
• Collaboratewithsales,customerservice,legal,andaccountingteams.
• Supportauditsandprovidedocumentationasneeded.
• Analyzecustomerpaymentbehaviorandcollectiontrendstosupportcashflowforecastingandworkingcapitalobjectives.

RequiredSkills:

• Associate'sorBachelor'sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orarelatedfield(preferred).
• 3-5yearsofexperienceinAccountsReceivable,Collections,Billing,orGeneralAccounting.
• Strongunderstandingofaccountingprinciplesandaccountsreceivableprocesses.
• ProficiencyinaccountingsoftwaresuchasNetSuite,SAP,Oracle,orQuickBooks.
• IntermediateMicrosoftExcelskills,includingVLOOKUP/XLOOKUPandPivotTables.
• Excellentattentiontodetailandstrongorganizationalskills.
• Strongcommunicationandcustomerserviceabilities.
• Experiencewithhigh-volumeinvoicingorcollections(preferred).
• KnowledgeofGAAP(preferred).
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmeetdeadlines(preferred).

• Experience using AI tools to draft customer communications, summarize disputes, analyze payment trends, and improve collection efficiency is highly desirable.
