Job Description:
The Senior Developer (Loftware) is responsible for technical design, configuration, development, and deployment support for Loftware LMS. This role will lead implementation activities for label templates, integration components, environment setup, and technical defect resolution across development, test, and production landscapes

The Senior Developer (Loftware) is responsible for technical design, configuration, development, and deployment support for Loftware LMS. This role will lead implementation activities for label templates, integration components, environment setup, and technical defect resolution across development, test, and production landscapes
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop Loftware LMS / Loftware Cloud solutions for product and process labeling.
- Support setup and readiness of development, test, and production Loftware environments in coordination with product, infrastructure, and security teams
- Build technical components supporting Teamcenter–Loftware integration for label and packaging master data exchange
- Develop label templates, business rules, data mappings, variables, and print configurations.
- Implement multilingual labeling and print-on-demand capabilities for global usage
- Build and support error handling, retries, reconciliation, and source-system feedback for print and interface exceptions
- Support migration of label-related data and design assets from legacy repositories into the target-state solution
- Perform unit testing, support system integration testing and UAT, and resolve technical defects.
- Create technical design documentation, deployment procedures, and support handover materials.
- Support cutover, hypercare defect resolution, and managed services transition activities

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise application development, configuration, or support.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Loftware LMS / Loftware Cloud development or configuration.
- Experience developing label templates, business rules, printer/output logic, and data-driven labels.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as PLM, ERP, middleware, or manufacturing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across interfaces, mappings, template behavior, and output processing.
- Experience documenting technical specifications, test cases, and deployment procedures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Teamcenter, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Experience in regulated environments requiring validation support and traceability.
- Experience supporting go-live, hypercare, and transition to support or managed services.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical workstreams.
