Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Budgeting & Tracking:
    • Managing and tracking capital and revenue budgets effectively.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP for requisition and budgeting cycles.
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Planning and tracking project activities to ensure timely delivery.
    • Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documents.
    • Developing and monitoring project schedules and milestones.
    • Preparing project charters and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identifying project risks and assumptions.
    • Developing and implementing mitigation plans.
  • New Product Development:
    • Managing the complete new product development cycle.
  • Assembly Processes:
    • Knowledge of assembly processes, preferably in the automotive or tractor industry.
    • Basic understanding of equipment, facilities, tooling, and gauges for assembly lines.
  • Communication & Presentation:
    • Demonstrating effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Coordination & Team Management:
    • Coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively.
