As the Solutions Manager-Commercial, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic commercial solutions for the ABG-EBS department.   • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a commercial or business development role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing successful commercial solution initiatives, with a focus on the agri-business sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and techniques to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial solution specialists, providing strategic direction and guidance.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends in the agri-business sector.
  • Design and develop commercial solutions tailored to the needs of ABG-EBS clients, ensuring a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to enhance existing commercial offerings and create new, innovative products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all commercial solution initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of commercial solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies to incorporate them into solution designs.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the bank's knowledge base through whitepapers, articles, and industry events.
