As an Elite Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a select group of affluent customers.   • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or banking role, preferably in private banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including investments and wealth management.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with high-value customers.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for portfolio management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Fluency in English and any other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to offer personalized banking solutions.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products.
