- Location/Type: LATAM, Eastern Europe, or India Remote
- Pay: Up to $4,500/month
- Setup: Full-time 1099 contractor
- Schedule: U.S. hours through at least 4 PM Eastern
Join our client, a U.S. healthcare organization, and improve an existing healthcare codebase with strong backend, SQL, and Angular work.
What You'll Do
- Build backend features in C# and .NET Core
- Maintain APIs using Web API and EF Core
- Improve SQL Server queries and stored procedures
- Troubleshoot backend and database performance issues
- Support Angular modules, components, and services
- Contribute to Clean Architecture improvements
- Work with engineering and business teams on requirements
Must-Haves
- 7+ years with C#/.NET and Angular
- Strong .NET Core and Web API experience
- SQL Server stored procedures and query optimization
- Entity Framework Core experience
- JWT, Identity, and authentication experience
- U.S. healthcare, HIPAA, claims, or patient data experience
Nice to Have
- CQRS familiarity
- Medicare or member data experience
- Bitbucket and JIRA experience
- Azure or AWS experience
