Overview
We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join a Native Platform Team responsible for app-wide iOS architecture and shared native functionality. This role focuses on building and modernizing core infrastructure such as deep linking, analytics, and foundational frameworks that support the entire mobile application.
You will work within a large, long-lived iOS codebase that continues to evolve with modern Apple frameworks and best practices. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, comfort navigating complex systems, and the ability to take ambiguous technical problems and drive them to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and evolution of a flagship native iOS application
- Design, implement, and improve app-wide iOS architecture and shared platform components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new platform capabilities
- Ensure application performance, quality, stability, and responsiveness at scale
- Identify architectural bottlenecks, technical debt, and systemic issues; propose and implement improvements
- Maintain high standards for code quality, organization, testing, and automation
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on iOS best practices
- Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding and architectural standards
- Coordinate with product managers, designers, and engineering leadership to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Participate in sprint planning and agile development ceremonies
- Communicate technical progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders
- Stay current with iOS platform trends, frameworks, and emerging technologies
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional iOS application development experience
- Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective?C
- Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and UIKit
- Deep understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs with iOS applications
- Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large, legacy iOS codebases undergoing modernization
- Background in platform or infrastructure-focused mobile development
- Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives
