Senior Planning Manager - Ethnic Fashion & Home Furnishing Retail

Job Summary:
The Senior Planning Manager for Ethnic Fashion and Home Furnishing Retail is responsible
for overseeing the planning and inventory management processes to optimize sales and
enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of ethnic fashion
trends, home furnishings, and effective demand forecasting, combined with strong analytical

Key Responsibilities:
 Demand Planning:
o Develop and execute demand forecasting strategies for ethnic fashion and
home furnishings, considering seasonal trends and cultural influences.
o Utilize sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to create accurate

 Inventory Management:
