Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales executive
\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:
\n• End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
\n• Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant
\nproperties.
\n• Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
\n• Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
\n\nSkills Required:
\n• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
\n• Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
\n• MS office
\n• Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
\n• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
\n\nEducational Qualification & Work Experience :
\n• A graduate from any discipline is preferred
\n• 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
\n• Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
\n\nCompensation, Perks and Benefits:
\n%CB; Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on
\nachieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
\n%CB; Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months
\n(Avg 1 deal/month)
\n%CB; CTC – 3 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)
\n%CB; 5 Day work week
\n%CB; Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
\n%CB; Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
\n%CB; Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams
