This role is responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.\nWe're looking for a passionate, creative, and tech-savvy professional to lead our complete digital presence.\nThis isn't just a social media role—you're the person responsible for building and managing the digital backbone of our brands.\n\nWhat we expect from you:\nManage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc.)\nPlan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content including reels, videos, product photography, and graphics\nBuild and execute content calendars across all brands\nDrive organic growth through engaging and data-driven content\nDevelop and execute SEO & SMO strategies\nOversee website development, maintenance, and optimization\nCoordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies\nMonitor analytics, generate reports, and continuously improve performance\nStay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies\nLeverage AI to automate workflows, improve content creation, and develop innovative digital solutions for the natural stone and engineered stone industry\nBuild our brands into industry leaders across every digital platform\nStrong skills in utilising AI and Photoshop to create visuals/renders for homeowners mainly stone/slab applications.\n\nWe are looking for:\nPassionate about storytelling and branding\nObsessed with social media trends and viral content\nComfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and marketing\nSelf-driven and capable of taking complete ownership of digital marketing\nOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nA bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.\n\nPreferred Experience:\n3–5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management\nStrong portfolio showcasing previous work\nExperience managing multiple brand accounts\nProven track record of growing social media accounts organically\nHands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms\nKnowledge of SEO, SEM, website optimization, and performance marketing is a strong advantage\n\nYour Application should include:\nWe don't just want a résumé—we want to see your results.\nPlease share : (to [email protected])\nYour portfolio\nLinks to social media accounts you've managed\nBefore-and-after growth metrics\nEngagement rates and reach achieved\nCampaigns you're most proud of\nExamples of content you've created\nAny AI-powered marketing projects or automations you've built\n\nWhy Join us?\nJoin one of India's leading names in natural and engineered stone, where you'll have the freedom to build brands, experiment with new ideas, leverage cutting-edge AI, and make a measurable impact on a growing international business.\nCompetitive salary based on experience
