Project Manager – AI/LLM Operations | Data Engineering | KPO

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead AI/LLM and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) projects across legal, life sciences, and medical domains. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project execution, manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and optimize operational excellence while working closely with stakeholders and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/LLM and data engineering projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Optimize workflows and improve project efficiency through process improvements.
• Ensure quality standards, compliance, and project governance are maintained.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams for workforce planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI, Data Engineering, KPO, or IT Services.
• Experience managing projects in Legal, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical domains is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and distributed teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
