SAP SF Indian Payroll

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll for India.
• Configure and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll functions.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for Indian employees.
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, Client, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Income Tax.
• Perform payroll validation, reconciliation, and year-end activities.
• Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Payroll.
• Work on payroll control center, payroll troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT).
• Provide production support and resolve payroll-related incidents.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and payroll regulations.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Payroll implementations/support.
• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Indian payroll statutory compliance.
• Experience in payroll configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Employee Central integration.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Experience with SAP CPI/BTP integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Time Management.
• Exposure to global payroll processes.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
