Supply Chain Transformation & Consulting
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs across industries preferably Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Retail and Consumer Products.
- Assess current-state supply chain processes and design target operating models aligned with business strategy.
- Drive transformation initiatives spanning:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Optimization
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)
- Procurement & Supplier Collaboration
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Develop supply chain maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps.
- Advise CXO stakeholders on strategic supply chain improvements and digital enablement opportunities.
- Lead business process design and solutioning for supply chain technology implementations.
- Drive process transformation initiatives involving:
- Kinaxis Maestro
- SAP S/4HANA
- AI and Advanced Analytics platforms
- Define future-state business processes and technology adoption strategies.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology investments.
- Lead large-scale consulting engagements from strategy through execution.
- Manage cross-functional and global delivery teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets.
- Establish governance structures, risk management mechanisms, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Mentor and develop consulting teams to strengthen practice capabilities.
- Support growth initiatives through:
- Opportunity identification
- Solution development
- RFP responses
- Proposal creation
- Client presentations
- Collaborate with sales teams to build strategic pursuits and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive account mining, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop commercial proposals and business cases for digital transformation initiatives.
- Serve as trusted advisor to client leadership teams.
- Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for continuous value creation.
- Drive customer satisfaction and engagement growth.
Qualifications
Education
- MBA or Engineering from premium institutes specialising in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
- PMP, APICS, CSCP, or equivalent (preferred)
