About The Job:
  • Lead business analysis activities for Delinea PAM implementations, governance initiatives, and enterprise privileged access transformation programs.
Essential Job Functions:
Business Analysis & Requirements
  • Gather and analyze PAM requirements from security, audit, and business stakeholders.
  • Document privileged account onboarding workflows and operational procedures.
  • Define access governance and privileged account management processes.
  • Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments.
  • Create functional specifications for Delinea Secret Server and PAM integrations.
  • Support PAM architecture and implementation teams.
  • Define Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and approval workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement validation sessions.

Technical Leadership

  • Drive PAM process standardization across the organization.
  • Establish requirement management frameworks and best practices.
  • Guide and mentor junior business analysts.

Quality & Operations

  • Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability.
  • Validate implemented controls against business requirements.
  • Support compliance audits and governance initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of IAM/PAM Business Analysis experience.

Level 6 Expectations

  • Lead enterprise-wide PAM transformation initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.
  • Drive strategic business analysis and governance activities.
  • Collaborate with security, architecture, and implementation teams to deliver scalable PAM solutions.
