About The Job:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Saviynt L1 Engineer to support Business-As-Usual (BAU) IAM operations. The role will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and resolving day-to-day IAM operational activities within the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
- The candidate will provide first-line support for access requests, user lifecycle management, access certification activities, incident resolution, and governance processes while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
IAM Operations Support
- Provide L1 operational support for the Saviynt environment.
- Monitor IAM queues, workflows, alerts, and system health dashboards.
- Process user access requests, account provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications.
- Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes across enterprise applications.
- Handle routine IAM service requests within defined SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams as required.
Access Management
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Validate and fulfill access requests based on approved workflows.
- Support password resets, account unlocks, and basic access-related issues.
Access Review & Certification Support
- Support access certification campaigns and user access reviews.
- Track certification completion status and follow up with stakeholders.
- Assist with remediation activities resulting from certification reviews.
- Maintain records and evidence for audit and compliance purposes.
Incident & Service Request Management
- Manage IAM incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms.
- Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of IAM-related tickets.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues.
- Support major incident activities when required.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to IAM policies, standards, and operational procedures.
- Support audit evidence collection and compliance reporting activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Identify and report potential security or compliance risks.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor daily operational dashboards and service metrics.
- Generate basic operational reports and status updates.
- Track provisioning success rates, ticket volumes, and SLA adherence.
- Participate in shift handovers and operational reviews.
- Ensure timely execution of access provisioning and deprovisioning activities.
- Assist in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) administration.

- Familiarity with enterprise application access provisioning processes.
- Experience working in SLA-driven support environments.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
