Job Description: Sales Executive with LinkedIn Prospecting ExpertisePosition: Sales Executive Experience: 3 to 4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time ---Key Responsibilities: Appointment Setting: 1. Make outbound calls to prospects and leads to schedule appointments for the sales team. 2. Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or products. 3. Maintain a daily call log and track the status of appointments and follow-ups. 4. Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team with detailed notes. LinkedIn Prospect Hunting: 1. Utilize LinkedIn to identify potential leads and decision-makers in the target industry. 2. Connect and engage with prospects through LinkedIn messaging, posts, and comments. 3. Build and maintain a robust LinkedIn network to generate new business opportunities. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: 1. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and leads to nurture relationships. 2. Handle inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally. 3. Provide relevant information about products/services to enhance client understanding. Database Management: 1. Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead and client information. 2. Regularly review and refresh the contact database for relevance and accuracy. 3. Provide reports on call outcomes, LinkedIn activity, and lead conversion rates. ---Key Skills and Qualifications: Essential Skills: 1. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in english and hindi. 2. Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting tools and strategies. 3. Persuasive skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior experience in B2B sales or telecalling for appointment setting. 2. Knowledge of the cloud / security market and client dynamics. 3. Familiarity with email marketing and digital outreach tools is a plus. 4. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). ---Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Number of daily/weekly outbound calls made. 2. Appointment-to-call ratio. 3. LinkedIn connections and prospect engagement rate. 4. Conversion rates from lead to opportunity. 5. CRM data accuracy and reporting.
