- Good knowledge on Control-M tool to manage batch jobs, familiarity with feates and usage of tool
- Basic Unix
- ITIL knowledge

- Experience of handling Priority incidents and critical issues related to Control-M.

Provide support for ControlM job scheduling and monitoring. Responsible for incident resolution, job failures, performance tuning, and ensuring batch workflows run smoothly in production environments. A strong focus is placed on adherence to ITIL processes to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
