Directly reporting to the Broadcast Ad Operations Senior Campaign Manager, the Broadcast Ad Operations Campaign Specialist is responsible for the successful operations of transacting the TV broadcast campaign revenue for a dedicated Sales portfolio to deliver Foxtel Media's business objectives.

You will be responsible for a dedicated Sales portfolio and liaise closely with the Sales team and other business units, to efficiently and effectively transact, track and deliver campaign objectives in accordance with business policy. You will have a strong focus on operational excellence to achieve optimal inventory utilisation and maximise revenue potential.
Fulfilment of the broadcast campaign objectives of a dedicated Sales portfolio across all TV trading models to deliver on business objectives in line with internal policy and audit compliance.
Processing and management of sponsorship and premium campaigns within expected deadline.
Provide clear instruction to Offshore team to effectively process and maintain audience trading campaigns within expected deadline.
Ensure revenue and audiences against campaigns are accurate and in line with TV Sales request as well as business policy.
Engage with TV Sales portfolio and communicate effectively to support the go to market strategy and business outcomes.
Proactively complete daily management of campaign tracking for sponsorship and premium campaigns, as well as communicate daily tracking instruction with Offshore team for audience trading campaigns.
Provide campaign delivery context and escalation to Sales team in a timely manner as required.
Uphold and maintain correct operating standards & processes in line with business policies and understand channel broadcast regulations and rules and their impact on campaigns.
Accurately maintain admin and reporting responsibilities, such as completion of Broadcast Ad Ops Team workload tracker and assisting with Revenue Account Comparisons to ensure audit compliance.
Provide clear instruction to Offshore team for campaign maintenance in line with Verification campaign creation and Quality Assurance reporting.
Responsible for escalation of any issues to Manager in a timely manner for investigation and resolution.
Assist with Broadcast Ad Ops team tasks as requested - including requests such as inventory open tasks, pre-billing checks, on-boarding training, Autobook optimisation, updating of training documentation etc
Complete in business user testing for system upgrades when applicable.
Liaising with your Manager, collaborate with internal departments and external parties as required.

Your experience and capability

Experience in the advertising industry highly valued
Basic understanding of TV advertising and the broader media landscape
Experience working with broadcast ad systems, specifically Landmark experience highly valued
Ability to contribute positively within a high performing team, striving for operational excellence and upholding organisational values
Ability to work efficiently and prioritise workload to meet daily deadlines
