Assistant Manager- Treasury Transformation
Support Treasury Transformation projects by preparing analyses models and presentation materials.
Assist in mapping and improving cash management, payments, liquidity forecasting and FX processes.
Help design and document In-House Bank and Payment Factory concepts with guidance from senior team members.
Contribute to TMS activities (Kyriba, SAP, FIS): requirements gathering, testing, data preparation and training materials.
Build business cases and simple ROI calculations with clear assumptions.
Research regulations and market practices; summarise findings for client workshops.
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients, banks and internal teams.
Take ownership of defined work packages and grow into increasing responsibility.
Support on corporate banking activities (related to payment, IHB, cash pooling as well as account opening, currency restrictions, tax & legal supporting documentation, country guides, etc)
Educational qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or similar.
3-5 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking or consulting.
Preferred certifications : Kyriba/FIS/Quantum/SAP
Mandatory technical and Functional skills
Proficiency in leveraging Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP finance modules, and an awareness of emerging FinTech solutions (e.g., AI, APIs, blockchain applications in finance).
Comprehensive understanding of treasury domain including capital markets, financial instruments, FX and investments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data analysis) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Experience in process mapping and improvement for treasury workflows.
Experienced in handling external stakeholders like dealing platforms, banks, etc.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or similar.
1-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking or consulting (internships included).
