Educational qualifications
A professional accountancy qualification from a recognised accountancy body is desirable but is not essential. (D)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or a related field; certifications in Agile or Change Management preferred.
Lead cross-functional planning and execution of product rollouts across audit business units, ensuring readiness of people, processes, and platforms.
Develop and manage adoption strategies including stakeholder engagement, user training, onboarding pathways, and feedback mechanisms.
Work closely with product, engineering, change, and training teams to tailor delivery approaches that align with end-user workflows and regional nuances.
Track adoption metrics and KPIs, identify barriers to usage, and lead targeted interventions to drive uptake and satisfaction.
Coordinate pilots, proof-of-concepts, and early access programmes with audit teams to test and refine solutions prior to wider deployment.
Serve as a central point of contact for business stakeholders, representing the voice of the user in AI/ML delivery and product decisions.
Support post-implementation reviews and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI from initiatives.
Other responsibilities will typically include accountability for leading and supervising teams; providing technical, risk & compliance management, operational and quality management support; project management including budgeting and planning; internal and external senior stakeholder management and delivery of quality reports; and some performance management responsibilities.
Mandatory technical and functional skills
Experience and knowledge requirements
Significant experience in technology adoption, programme delivery, or change management in data science, AI/ML, or analytics environments.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (ideally with exposure to AI/ML products) and the challenges of operationalising technology (particularly AI) in regulated or professional services settings.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional delivery and managing stakeholder relationships in complex organisations.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and user advocacy skills.
Experience using change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and agile delivery methodologies.
