• Proven experience leading small to mid-sized QA teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing automation pipelines within CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
• Ability to work independently in offshore delivery models with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing engagement skills.
• Experience with defect management, release coordination, and quality governance.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
