Job Description:
Install| configure| and upgrade SAP systems| including ECC| S4HANA| BW| PIPO| and Solution Manager. Perform system monitoring| performance tuning| and health checks. Manage client copies| system refreshes| transports| and background jobs. Handle user administration| authorizations| and security roles. Troubleshoot system issues at the OS| DB| and application level. Coordinate with functional| development| and infrastructure teams. Maintain SAP system backups and support DR (Disaster Recovery). Apply SAP Notes| support packs| kernel upgrades| and patches. Ensure compliance with IT policies| security standards| and audit requirements. Document all activities and support end-users during technical incidents.
Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP Basis| including system installation and configuration. Experience with HANA DB| Oracle| SQL Server| or other databases. Understanding of RFC connections| transports| SAP Router| SSL| SSO. Familiarity with OS platforms like Linux| Windows| AIX. Good troubleshooting| analytical| and communication skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
