Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE technologies
• Define system architecture, technical standards, and best practices
• Lead microservices-based architecture and API-driven development
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Review code, ensure quality standards, and enforce architectural guidelines
• Drive performance tuning, scalability, and security improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure CI/CD, DevOps, and automation best practices are followed
• Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements
• Work closely with cloud and infrastructure teams for deployment strategies

Required Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in Core Java, J2EE
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
• Experience with RESTful API development
• Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Cassandra)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI)
• Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural principles
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices
